These are reloadable brass cartridges with air light traps (ever wonder
why Nikon had that turn-key on the bottom of F and F2's [needed for 
locking on the back on the F, but not on the F2...]?). The key opened
and closed the cartridge inside the F or F2. The cartridges last forever,
and don't scratch film. Ah, did you see the spizzy new stuff on my
web page under the "How To Reach Me, For..." index...? Wallpaper
CAN be FUN! ;-)
