Hi Jesse Andrewartha,
I read your post in which you said:
>"I would like to give my opinion of the new E-6 'compatible' CIR, in saying
>that I will be sticking to the original EA-5 process film ands cross
>procerssing it in my own formula.....I find [skin tones] very pleasing through
>my altered C-22 process, but on the new E-6 compatible film, I don't get a
>skin tone because its blown out!"
Yes I agree that skin tones are frequently blown out when shooting with EIR
and then processing in E-6 chemistry.
I'd be interested in learning the chemical formula of your C-22 formula, and
your development temperatures, agitation, and times. Have you ever tried
cross processing the old EA-5 process film in C-41 chemistry. If so what are
the results?
Thanks, Rolland Elliott
