A strong warning is very appropriate IMO.

This is a free list, based in a free country.
Since I don't moderate/approve individual postings, I can't be 
regarded as a publisher, just like my provider can't be sued for 
content in his newsgroups, nor for content from this list.

And then they would have to sue under Dutch law....wish them luck, 
they will need it.

She wrote crap, and she deserves not much mercy IMO.
