reversal processing and ISO

Well folks;

I know that some experimentation is needed, but does anyone have any pointers
to start w/ using a 87C then reverse process the film using T-67 developer.
Iknow using a 25a, an EI of 640 can be common. I am using Kodak HIE if should
make a difference.
