Hi Chris,
Thanks for the information. I quess you are quite right in making my own
mask for 24x54 mm. Didn't think about the adjustments for the enlarger
as suggested by you. I have a 24x36/ 6x6 cm enlarger and of course I
need to make a special mask for my 6x6 negative holder. Fortunately I
have a glass one (anti Newton!), so a simple mask will do. I think I
will now follow the 135W back route and forget about the 70 mm business
all together! Looking forward to develop the 24x54 HIE negatives,
however the Dutch winter season doesn't give me so many subjects to
photograph! May be our IR friends could give me some ideas about these
'winter-sujects'. Moreover we haven't got so much snow, sometimes there
isn't any! So what now?
