Yes!
Almost any decent pro lab offers XTOL, before my lab could only
offer Tmax (and contrary to all data and recommendations they never
got it right). For HIE in D76, I had to use an old shop, which
finally screwed up a batch by using contaminated water....that won't
happen with this pro lab, as they use destilled water.
Having just returned from holidays, I have 9 films of HIE for them to
develop and contact, along with even more slide and neg films.
<lazy grin>
Skiing for two weeks with 12.5kg gear on my back does not leave
enough energy for home chemistry labour shortly afterwards....;-))
And yes, I expect a handfull of dazzling winter shots this time
again, stay tuned!....:-))
Oh, and the skiing went fine too....had only one serious
crash....bad part is that I managed to ripp the lower strap
connector off my PhotoTrekker....good part is that I was stronger
than the bag....:-))
Went head down first, the blow was so hard that the ventilating foam
inside my ski goggles also ripped open....and the bag wanted to go
over my head....<snap>....8-))
Heck, no good shots without some risks....;-))
Happy 1998 to all of you!
