Pull Processing HIE

Has anyone every pull processed HIE?  I am shooting 35mm and want to
enlarge to 16x20 but am a afraid that the sharpness at 11x14 is maxed out.
Does anyone know how long I would tank process in D-76 if I was to shoot
through a #25 at ASA 100 instead of 200?
