16mm IR movie film

Does anyone know if the effects of 16mm IR movie film (or any format) are
comparable to that of 35mm print film?  Would Kodak IR print film have a
similar spectral response and effect as a Kodak 16mm IR movie film?  Providing
that the comparison was between two films of the same manufactuer of course.  

I have a basic knowldege of the emulsion and process in IR print film (due in
large part to George's web sites - thanks George!), but didn't know how much
of a difference there was in the process between print film and movie film,
and as a result, of differences in the final product.
