I have a Hoya "Infra Red" filter purchased recently after using a 25 for
some time. The Hoya filter is not made by Hoya, when I get home next I
will have a look at the back of the pack, but I have a feeling it is made
by Tokina....
The filter has no information with it, however it is opaque so I guessed it
to be an 87. It was not cheap, ie around $30, however I would pay double
that to enable me to obtain the two sets of negs I have in my hands now ;-)
Any ideas on the IR flash filter - have you tried this successfully?
Weegee used this method around 40 or 50 years ago to photograph children in
a cinema - it would be interesting to know what he used over his flash
bulb..
All the best,
