IR and photo supplies in Austin TX

To all,

     I am presently staying outside US, and I am happy with the photo
stores avaliable here, however , I will be going to Austin TX for
several months, and would like to carry on shooting IR.

    I desperately need some recommendations on how to get my supplies
(developer,  fixer, b/w paper, 135 HIE, 4X5 HIE etc). Thus I would need
someone who can recommend photo shops around the Austin TX area. Also,
is it safe to mail order HIE from other states?
