Sorry, no such thing from Hoya (for filter equivalents check my 
homepage, URL in the footer).

Also note that Joe's recommendation is at least partially biased to
hand held (non-tripod) use....if you can stand increasingly longer
exposure times (read: tripod), then even a #70 (next darker color
above #29) or #89B can be used....but you do end up in the last
fraction of spectral response on film (starting a little below
700nm, whereas SFX ends at 740nm (Konica ends at 840, Kodak at 940).
With wide angles, where longer exposure times are not a big problem, 
nor focus isn't as critical, nor composition with a dark image 
difficult, this would get the most IR-effect out of SFX.

And Hoya does make a #89B equivalent....
