filtration for sfx200

Hi,
As you will probably all know Ilford SFX200 film ( 200 ISO) is an
extended red sensitivity film rather than a true infrared film like Kodak HIE. If
you use a #25 red filter it will be a little but not be very different from say Ilford
HP5plus with a red filter. Upon using a #87 filter you will have unexposed
negatives! However it is possible to produce an infrared effect by using B&W
92 filter, the best choice because it is just about possible to frame the image
(but not focus). Hoya R720 works but is rather visualy opaque similar to
Heliopan 695 which also works. As a start try metering with no filter and then
exposing with B&W 92 and +3stops. Not really possible to meter through the
filter.
Has anyone obtained interesting results with SFX200 film? It is now available
in 120.
