Hello Astrid. Your professor is correct: Use tungsten light to enhance
veins on a subject. However it seems that choosing a model with a pale
complexion whose veins are noticeable is a good bet. I once read that
doctors used IR film to study patients circulation. They used two lights
set at 45 degree angles to the subject.
