Shooting out-of-date film...

*sigh* Serves me right for "saving my film for a great motive"...

Just got a couple of E-4`s back from developping. Even with Y4-filtration,
they look unfiltered. Boooooring.

The problem now, is that I still have two rolls of unexposed film and paid
processing for both.

In general I`ve shot this film at 100 asa and got good results (with Y4
filtration); would it help if I pushed my two films to 200/400 asa and
develop as usual? Should I stick to weird lighting situations, concert
lighting/smoke for instance, or should I just stick my head underneath the
bed in shame? ;-)

An alternative is, of course, to crossdevelop it in C-41 (if this is,
indeed, possible). I can`t exactly do any worse than I already have....

Any great ideas (or non-great, for that matter....) most appreciated!

cheers,

Siri.
