Hmmm this is getting interesting - have great negs with no "base fog" which
I have been able to detect. Maybe this batch was irradiated by something
on its travels to the outlets in the US. I had assumed that the film is
manufactured in the US - maybe it is made in Japan and shipped worldwide
given that I have heard there is only one batch made every year. This
story has always seemed unlikely to me.......
Could be time to EMail Konica and ask for their opinions....
