Sorry if I'm ignorant, but the original post was about white spots on
negative, electricity would cause black spots, or more likely small
sparc-like black images. I've got such spots too, they are pretty round,
so I think they may be after small air bubbles, but I don't know how to
test it. What I'll try is to develop in ultrasound bath that would remove
bubbles from film surface.
