I still have some ATM-R-320 in my freezer (the first batch of this
reversal-dedicated emulsion, long before the name 'Agfa' was even
present....I think this has been a private project from one or two
German labs, as the first batch had to be bought from them(!),
including processing envelopes).
My only counter argument is that this film uses *silver* as
light/dark variable, unlike E-6 emulsions. And metallic deposites is
about the only material generally suitable to use as an effective IR
blocker....so this opaque material might be as much opaque to IR as
to visible. But it is sure worth a try!
