The white satin should work very well for the IR reflectance
as most white dyes/pigments reflect IR as well as visible
light.
As for the 'Dark Liquid' that might be a little more difficult
to make. Most modern inks lighten under IR light and some
older inks (sepia and Iron Gall) actually become transparent
under IR. The best thing to use is something with Carbon
as it's dye/pigment, perhaps something like Bone Black,
failing that Prussian Blue (cyanotypes) absorbs all IR light.

I've got a photo in mind, where I'll need to have a material that is
highly
IR reflective... preferably cloth that would show up as bright as
possible
with HIE. I'd also need a material (viscous liquid preferable) that
absorbs IR and would show up black.
Any suggestions????
Thanks,
D.
