I know about 5-8 years ago when the film was first about in the UK
it was only made once a year by Konica in Japan.  The way how
things look from this list I would say that the same is still true,
apart
from the batches must know be larger as the film is a lot easier
to get hold of.  the first time I was it was when I was at college
in Newcastle upon Tyne the only place I was able to get if from
was Silverprint in London and it was about 9 pounds for a roll of
120 !

I remember Silverprint saying that they were only able to get
hold of about 30 rolls that year as the film was new.  I am sure
that they sell/buy in more than that know !

Just as I thought - a lot cheaper than UK prices.  Maybe there is less
infra red light here so fewer rolls are imported from Japan (?).  Does
anyone know where the film is manufactured?  Guess there is only one
location as all the film seems to have the same expiry date - probably
different batch numbers though.
