Helmut,
is it technically possible to destroy light sensing cells at any
x-ray intensity (I mean before the plastic melts!) and how does this
compare to the intensity normally used in airport X-ray machines?
I haven't had any problems yet, neither with film nor flashmeters,
but as a precaution I have my photoequipment handchecked when
possible. But I find it hard to believe that these X-ray dosages
should be able to destroy my hardware.
Thanks
