Yes.  I was rating it about ISO 50 rather than Kodak's ISO 10, but I was
using a hand held meter and HC-110 by the book.  I have since switched over
to putting some 87c material in front of my light meter which is another game.

I found it eassier to cut than the Wratten filter.  Just a very sharp (new)
blade in my X-Acto (modelers) knife and a steel straight edge.  I laid the
material on some old dry mounting board and cut slowly.

I have not had a problem with dust in this regard.  I use canned air to
clean the camera and filer before each loading.

I have been using mine since late last summer without changing it or having
problems with scratches.  My  only compaint is that I didn't think of it or
hear of it sooner.
