Increasing the grain will certainly be done with Rodinal. I don't like this, so
I don't use it with HIE (works great with HSI), but if that's the effect you are
going for, then Rodinal's your developer. My testing found that 1+75 dilution
70F 7 minutes worked well when shooting at EI 250 metered through a #25 filter.
Your results, obviously, may vary.
