exposure #87 sheet filter

Hi all,
Question 1: 
I have just fitted a #87 sheet filter between the film rails. I kow that
I have to test the combination #87 and HIE. There is however one
question I have: Is there a substantial difference between the exposure
times for #87 and #87C sheet filters btfr? Is it for instance minus one
stop for the #87 or even less as compared with the #87C? 

Question 2: 
are filters #25 and #29 available as sheet filters for fixing between
the film rails?
