AFAIK it is one stop difference at most.

I recently found a supplier for an equivalent of #29 red in thin
polyester, and will order a batch. Price is similar to #87C and #87
(US$0.25 pro square centimeter).
For those interested, please contact me by private email.
#25 red from yet another supplier is possible too, but this #29 is a
better solution....yet the color I am still looking for in a thin foil
quality is #89B....would be perfect for Konica, Ilford and
Agfa....:-((
