EIR contrast in E-6

I just got back my first roll of EIR and I was astonished by the contrast.
I was wondering if anyone had ever bothered shooting with a Low-Con or
Ultra Contrast filter to lower the overall contrast in the image and if it
worked.  I also was wondering what other filters yield interesting results
in color other than the yellow 12.  For example, how can one get green
skies?
