I bet my left arm that it does not.
No 120/220 camera has ever relied on IR-LED as a film counter (there
is no perforation in the first place!), and both the old 645 system
and the 70mm back are probably from an era where IR-LED's were not
even invented for this purpose.
Also note that the most sophisticated film counter/data camera today
is the Fuji 680....and even that one doesn't use IR-LED's, but a
bar-code reading system (seems only Fuji films comply with this
system).
The sad thing about the Fuji is that it doesn't offer a 70mm back....
