The problem is normally fingerprints, but it appears that you took the proper
precautions for that.  I'm not entirely certain what might have caused the
scratches, as I've never seen them on my HSI.  The stuff has a horrid bend to
it, so it doesn't exactly help you out there. <g>

I remove the film by allowing for somewhat of a bend and pull directly from the
holder.  Any idea how they might have scratched?  Does this happen with other
4X5 film you use?
