Odd problem with SFX 200...

I had an odd occurrence, a strange fogging effect, and some tracks across the sprocket holes where on the film as I hung it up to dry. I noticed this across the entire roll. I did make up some times for developing it in XTOL, since I didn't have any reference for it, I used 13 minutes at 68 Deg. F for ASA 200 exposure.
