Minolta X300/X700/XG & HIE ?

Hi there !

While I'm using Kodak's faboulus HIE for a while, my friend didn't until
now. But looking at the results I'm getting, he told me that he likes to
shoot some HIE as well and asked me for some support. No problem so far !

Now the BIG question I would like to ask:
Is it possible to shoot HIE with his Minolta X300 or X700 or XG2 bodys ? I'm
asking this, because as far as I can remember, there happed some trouble
with some older bodys like showing the patterns of the pressure-plate in the
negatives. If anybody has experience with using one of these body with HIE,
I (or better: we) would be happy to get some information about this .
