Hello Group;

I've been a lurker for sometime, thought I'd
officially join the group.

Name: Tom Lorton

Profession: Photographer

Country: USA

Personal History of Photography: Been a serious
amateur for nearly twenty years.
Recently started full-time occupation in fine art
photography. Some astrophotography also.

Preferred Subjects: Landscapes and architectural
subjects.

Materials: T Max, Tri X, Plus X, hypered Tech Pan,
and of course, HIE. Have some EIR in the freezer
to try still. Fujichrome and Ectachrome.
Ilfochrome and Ilford Gallerie FB. HC110, D76,
D19and Dektol.

Format: 6X7cm.,4x5 and some 35mm for
astrophotography.

Other Strange Hobbies: Scuba Diving, Geology,
Paleontology, and Astronomy.

How did you find out about this list: Searching
the web for IR related sites.

Presently constructing a web site.

The time I've spent lurking at this group has
given me much info on IR photography. I haven't
used IR films
much in the past. I'm starting to use it more in
4X5. There are so many knowledgeable people
posting here that
its really helped me along. With the nature of IR
photography as being trial and error, it's nice to
be able to learn from others experiences in IR.
