local store was charging $10.00 per roll! So for me at least the bulk route
was more than 50 percent savings.

I'm sure if I scouted around I could get a better deal on the bulk, but it's
such as infrequent purchase (about once a year) that I haven't worried that
much about it.

Any suggestions on vendors for bulk HIE that charge even less? (including
shipping of course).
