Color IR gallery
Hi, I just finished my first successful (?) roll of EIR and scanned
the film to this website:
http://cisit.santafe.cc.fl.us/~edumedia/gall4-3.html
I welcome opinions and suggestions. One other roll was stuck together
as I attempted to load onto a reel. It was as if the emulsion
liquified. I did not abuse the film in any way so I'm perplexed. I
processed the remaining roll in Tetenal E-6, 3 Bath Plus, following
the directions exactly. The film was exposed at ISO200, using an
orange and POL filter, thus the vignetting.
I'm satisfied with the exposures overall but not the color. I was
hoping for a greater variety of color, understanding that there would
be a predominance of red. To me they look like contrasty standard E-6
shot with a red filter. Oh well. I'll try different filter
arrangements. Maybe what I want will come from a yellow filter.
