Speaking of Botched Development....

Hey folks,
I got a hanker'in to develop some Konika 750 in T-Max developer. Couldn't
find any info about time and temp so I developed at what I thought it should
be (there I go... thinking again). I processed it at 68 degrees, 6.5
minutes with a normal 1:4 dilution. Got way over developed (exposed?),
nearly black frames. With the help of bracketing and Farmer's reducer I
finally have some printable negatives. Unfortunately, also got the washed
out look and UFOs associated with heavy reduction. I exposed at: 32 ASA,
Tifften 25A + UV + Polarizer, through the lens metering. Nice bright Texas
summer day with some heavy bracketing.
Was it my exposure or development or exposure? Or am I missing something
fundamentally obvious? Anyway, does anyone have charts for Konika in T-max?
Tanks.
