In Italy I can not find Photonics Spectra....

But maybe you can find the french magazine "Chasseur d'images" . If so,
there is a good report on this "summer vacation subject" in their
september issue, with some clear (and negative) examples.
Their conclusion is as following: No, people do not look naked with IR,
but yes, some clothes which are black in visible spectra show a certain
transmission in IR. In fact, it can be pretty much the same as when you
partly see a white underwear under a white pant, which everybody finds
perfectly normal. Well, with IR, it cand be the same with black...that's
all.
