use a water bath at the prescribed temperature that you want the developer at. same for the other chemicals.

Thanks for the info!!! My next question involves- How do you get your
developer to the desired temperature using distilled water from a bottle??
It's not the cost of the water that bothers me as here in Northern Illinois
near the big pond(L Michigan) the water is pretty good. Answers will be
helpful and appreciated as usual.
