copyright images from W-J's web site

I just went back (for the third time) to check the ebay adverisement.

Since I first viewed the page, the seller has added some further
information pointing out that the images shown were "not his own" images
and states that he got them from other web sites but he does now provide
the "source" of the images.
I would still be of the opinion (but then I am not a layer) that providing
the source address (while still using the images) would not absolve him of
responsibility of improper and illegal use of W-J's images.
