Hi-

Seems to me that the easiest way to nail the person in question is,
unfortunately not through fighting him on the copyright infringement,
but through the fact that he didn't take the pictures - thus they were
not taken with the camera he was trying to sell - thus they are not a
suitable example to use in trying to sell the camera - I'm not on
completely steady ground here, but I think that approachs fraud.

Sometimes you can't attack on the issue that means the most to you,
but you can be effective using other complaints.

Sorry I was late to this whole argument and hope I am not beating a
dead horse after you have all moved on.
