Sorry, I don't have any answer for you. I bulk load all of my B&W film with the
exception of HIE (and Konica IR - I don't think it's available).
If you do find it, be exceptionally careful loading it. Use gloves and place
the cannisters in black topped containers (the ones with grey tops are not IR
opaque).
The last time I saw HIE available I noted that the price differential from B&H
was hardly substantial and IMHO definitely not worth the effort (similar to
finding Velvia in bulk - it's nearly as expensive as when purchased in
cannisters).
