I don't know where you'll find it on the net, but I buy mine at
Glazer's in Seattle, and I believe they will do mail order.

I don't remember exactly what a bulk roll of HIE costs, but 
I'm pretty sure it was under $150, and that's for 150 feet, not
100, so it's still cheaper than buying it pre-rolled.  They don't
list the bulk roll on their on-line price list, but it's in their
walk-in cooler.
