Hi Larry;
How are you mixing your D-19? I cannot remeber at th emoment, but I do
know D-19 is one of those weird chemicals that does not mix if you do it
improperly. Specifically, with D-19 I think you have to add water to the
powder. If you add powder to the water, it will not mix, but it will the
other way around. I have no idea why, but it does work that way.
