Lith printing, att. Tim Rudman

Tim, this is a question for you to answer please. Which combination of
developer and paper is the best for Lith printing and why? So far I used
Fotospeed LD20 and Sterling Lith paper always in combination with I*R
negatives. 
Another question is: I got hold of a packet of Kodalith super RT
developer (part A and B) to make 7,6 litres stock solution. Got it from
Kodak Holland free of charge! The last packet they stocked. It could be
used for film and paper. I want to use it for paper and IR negatives.
For which paper and what are the effects?
