about 70 mm back

I am planning to bid for a Hasselblad 70 mm back on ebay in order to take HIE in medium camera.
Do I also need canisters?  How does it work? 
 
I understand that we can buy HIE in 70 mm format in bulk roll.  Should we load it into canister in advance ?
Could any body explain to me how to load HIE in 70 mm back?  Also, I need information of where (price?) to buy HIE bulk rolls.  Please note my location is in Taiwan, I am going to USA next month.
