Hi,
To my knowledge no, I have not seen an AF lens with the capability of
IR focus correction.
However most AF lenses I've tried .i.e. Nikon and Pentax have been able
to focus through an infrared filter such as Hoya R72 and one with 87.
This of course means that the focus/contrast sensors are in fact working
with infrared and hence no extra focus correction should be required.
The only problem being that the viewfinder is too dark for picture
composition. If the camera is fitted with AF lock it might be possible
to use this method.
