TFX-2?

I received some samples of TFX-2 with an order from the Photographer's
Formulary.  I have a roll of 35mm HIE that I would like to try in it but
I know nothing about the developer so I'm hesitant.  The instructions
promise increased film speed but give no times for films.  Has anyone on
the list used this developer for HIE?  If so can you tell me anything
about and perhaps give me beginning times for developing.?
