Andy many thanks for note,I am sorry I am not yet up to producing a
website,my computer skills are minimal.Your proposed visit to the UK to
photograph castles etc should maybe include Northumberland. The coast has a
good number of excellent castles eg.Bamburgh.Dunstanburgh.Lindisfarn and of
course Hadrians wall,a very good area for photos, weather permiting of course.A
look at Simon Marsdens Super books of Infra-red photos should give an idea of
whats about.
Sorry my comments on SFX were a bit vague,it is purely a personal opinion that
I do not
find it as interesting to use as either HIE or Konica.
Wayne- I also have recieved my XPAN after seeing your posting I loaded a roll
of HIE and ran it through the camera. On my example fogging has not intruded
much into image area
apart from where there was a format change, when a small amount of fogging is
discernable.I also tried Konica and that seem OK.I have yet to print these
negs to confirm
this
Ali
stair.
