Yes Tim...I live in the western Sierra foothills.  I have been following all
the lith talk and finally got to Los Angeles and bought some Kodalith
developer to try my hand at it.  I have been reading your other book and I
love the way you add interesting skies to your pictures when they would be
boring otherwise.  I absolutely love the drama of your prints and you have
given me much inspiration.  I recently bought a 4 x 5 Wisner and took my first
pictures with it last week at the beach in southern California.  Your darkroom
methods are always in the back of my mind even though I haven't yet had the
time to get at it myself....laziness I suppose...or perhaps it's my four boys
who take up so much of my time.  I won't complain about that though...they are
growing up too quickly!  
I do want to thank you for sharing your time with both the photoforum and the
IR lists.....you are a great teacher and mentor.
