several questions

Hi,  I'm new to the list and to IR photography.  Just the short time I 
have read your e-mails has been really helpful.  Several questions.
1.  Lith printing sounds like something I want to try.  Several of you 
mentioned "Tim's Book" but since I have been on the list no one 
mentioned a title.  Please share the info again.
2.  What is the best source for 4x5 Kodak IR in your experience.  The 
cost makes me treat each sheet like gold, but maybe I should be doing 
that anyway.
3.  What is a good book, or web page for basic info on starting with IR 
shooting for a beginner like me.
