25 ASA only works if you take a reading with an external meter, or
without filter....
IOW N-TTF (not through the filter)
Otherwise it will depend completely on the red-sensitivity of your
TTL-meter what ASA setting you need....

'60' means 600nm, which is the 50% transmission spec of the filter,
which equals a #25 red.
I believe R60/R2 is a Japanese/Hoya specification.
