Todd,

Yep it is made once a year and is usually dated February - when it is
actually made is a matter of conjecture unless we have a Konica person on
the list?

I have used the film when it is a couple of years old without any
significant base fogging.  Some of the film was subjected to rather
unpleasant conditions on a trip to the USA last year and seems to have
survived remarkably well.
