Hi İbrahim: Have you thought about increasing the contrast of your
negatives, rather than trying to get a contrast increase via paper surface?
Perhaps a 20% increase in development might be something to consider. As for
papers, I prefer double weight fibre based glossy papers which I air dry on
screens. This gives a lovely dull gloss finish. If you are using RC papers,
I am a big fan of Ilfords pearl surface.
